My sister insisted on a chocolate Guinness cake for her 21st. This is definitely one of my favourites. The Guinness & chocolate sponge is so moist and not too sweet topped with coatings of cream cheese frosting. To give it a feminine touch I decorated it with sugar paper butterflies and daisies....
